Dr. Balvindar Sareen became a board member in January 2021. He has more than 20 years of experience as a Physician and Administrator. He currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Long Island Select Healthcare, a large multi-site, multi-specialty FQHC on Long Island specializing in comprehensive on-site, video-enabled telehealth and remote patient monitoring services. He is board certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Internal Medicine. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American College of Physicians, and the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians. He achieved the designation of Certified Physician Executive through the American College of Physician Executives and possessed an MBA from NYU.
