Kenya Evans-Pinckney is responsible for maintaining relationships with industry partners, strengthening collaborations, and identifying opportunities for new alliances to promote continued agency growth and success. She monitors changes in federal and state regulations to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Ms. Evans-Pinckney also has oversight responsibility for all licensed mental health housing programs, mobile supportive services, and Home and Community Based Services (HCBS.) Ms. Evans-Pinckney joined Options’ executive leadership team in 2021 with more than 14 years of prior director level experience working with persons recovering from mental illness, substance use and victims of domestic violence. She is an experienced licensed psychotherapist. She earned her Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in Substance Abuse from Fordham University School of Social Work. She is SIFI certified and holds certificates in Executive Education, Nonprofit Leadership from Fordham University and Clinical Supervision from NASW.
