Richard A. Fabietti joined Options Board of Directors in January 2022. Mr. Fabietti is an independent director who previously worked for 37 years in the investment company industry and 3 years in public accounting. During his career, he worked at various financial services firms developing and supporting the operations for numerous investment products. Most recently, he served as President of the HSBC Funds and Senior Vice President of HSBC Global Asset Management (USA). Mr. Fabietti graduated from St. Francis College in Brooklyn, NY with a BS in Accounting in 1980. He earned a Certificate in Public Accounting in 1983 and is qualified as an “Audit Committee Financial Expert” under the SEC definition. Mr. Fabietti and his wife have enjoyed living on Long Island for the past 34 years.
