Barbara Costanzo has oversight responsibilities for the NYS Office of Mental Health Licensed Residential Programs including the supervised community residence programs and the apartment treatment programs. She is also responsible for the management of intakes, admissions, and finances for all mental health housing programs in Nassau and Suffolk counties. She supervises the Central Intake Department to maximize interdepartmental service provision for residents and develop relationships with community agencies. Ms. Costanzo is responsible for the administration of the programs and ensures that all services, procedures, and documentation adhere to program regulations. Ms. Costanzo has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. She has been employed with Options since 1988 and has been integral to the development and expansion of the agency.
