Bay Shore, NY – Options for Community Living, Inc. (Options) hosted its third annual “Murder Mystery” fundraiser at Captain Bill’s in Bay Shore, delighting more than 200 guests with a 1920s-themed evening titled Death of a Gangster – A Mafia Marriage Murder Mystery. Attendees enjoyed dinner, refreshments, and an interactive experience as they questioned suspects and worked in teams to solve a theatrical whodunit.
The evening raised nearly $80,000 to support Options’ critical programs, which provide housing, case management, and support services to vulnerable adults, children, and families across Long Island.
This year’s honorees included Tommy DiMisa, widely known as The Nonprofit Sector Connector, who received the Visionary Volunteer Award, and FourLeaf Federal Credit Union, honored with the Catalyst for Change – Corporate Partner award.
“It was an incredible night of fun, community, and giving back,” said Yolanda Robano-Gross, CEO of Options for Community Living, Inc. “Your generous support helps individuals with mental health and other chronic conditions live with dignity in the community. We are incredibly thankful.”
