Stephen Zappalla joined the Board of Directors at Options in 2025, bringing a diverse background in sales, real estate, and community advocacy. After nearly a decade in corporate sales, Stephen transitioned full-time into real estate, where he has since cultivated a broad and dynamic skill set.
He is a licensed Salesperson with Keller Williams Realty Elite and plays an active role in the investment side of the industry. Stephen oversees operations at 1147 Home Solutions, a local company specializing in short-term real estate exit strategies. He is also the founder and lead acquisitions manager of Zapstone Properties, a firm focused on acquiring, rehabilitating, and stabilizing multifamily apartment complexes in Memphis, TN. Stephen has worked closely with Memphis-based nonprofits to help implement specialized housing initiatives, further reflecting his commitment to community development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Film Studies from the University at Albany.
A passionate advocate for underserved individuals and families, Stephen is dedicated to not only offering assistance but also empowering others with the tools and support needed to achieve long-term independence and self-sufficiency. On the personal side, Stephen enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and pursuing his love for filmmaking as he recently started his own production company Bacon, Egg & Cheese Productions.
