Timothy Phillips is a healthcare operations leader currently serving as a Regional Manager of Clinical Operations at Oula Health, where he oversees multi-site performance, support care teams, and leads initiatives focused on improving access, efficiency, and the patient experience.
Throughout his career, he has worked across clinical and operational settings, with a focus on strengthening team performance, scaling care delivery, and developing leaders. He is the founder of Audit Ops Consulting, an operations consulting firm that partners with medical, dental, and veterinary practices to support OSHA and Department of Health compliance, while also providing mentorship, coaching, and leadership development for emerging and established leaders.
His experience has reinforced the connection between health outcomes and social determinants such as housing stability and access to supportive services, which closely aligns with the mission of Options for Community Living. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and is passionate about building systems that better support both patients and the communities they serve.
Outside of his professional work, he has a strong passion for dance and coaching, and previously coached a high school kickline team. He is also a longtime lacrosse enthusiast and enjoys traveling and exploring new cities in his free time.
