Options for Community Living, Inc., a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Long Islanders in need, is proud to announce that FourLeaf Federal Credit Union has completed another extraordinary year of charitable giving and partnership.
This long-standing relationship continued to flourish in 2025. FourLeaf donated more than 300 gifts to families in Options’ Adopt-A-Family Holiday Assistance Drive, ensuring a joyful holiday season for 60+ families in Options programs. This effort was supported by the close collaboration between Options staff and FourLeaf’s dedicated teammates!

Beyond the Holidays: A Partnership for Stability and Opportunity
FourLeaf Federal Credit Union’s support extends well past the holiday season. Their dedication to strengthening the community was demonstrated through multiple initiatives in 2025:
- Affordable Housing Grant: Options for Community Living, Inc. received a $20,000 grant from FourLeaf. This critical funding provides operating support for our long-term affordable supportive housing program, serving formerly homeless individuals and families—including those living with HIV/AIDS and other disabilities—across Long Island.
- Options Annual Murder Mystery, Event Honoree: FourLeaf was celebrated as this year’s Catalyst of Change – Corporate Partner Honoree, recognizing their outstanding corporate social responsibility and long-standing partnership with Options.
- Back-to-School Drive: FourLeaf organized a successful back-to-school initiative, donating more than 100 backpacks filled with essential supplies to help children in Options’ programs begin the school year confident and prepared.

The Adopt-A-Family Program pairs community volunteers, businesses, and organizations with wish lists from families in Options’ programs. Donors select the budget that works for them, making it an accessible, direct way to support households in need during the holiday season.
