Robin Sayles has oversight responsibility for operational programs and the facilities department. The program provides a full range of care management and supportive services that enable tenants to live independently in the community. Ms. Sayles ensures all Options programs are successful, effective, and impactful while playing a crucial leadership role on the executive team which guides the agency’s mission and organizational success. Ms. Sayles began employment with Options in 1998 as the Supported Housing Supervisor and distinguished herself as a caring and capable leader assuming growing responsibilities in the Mental Health Program through the years, including her most recent promotion in 2017 to Director of Mental Health Supportive Housing. Ms. Sayles has her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling.
