Lori Barraud provides oversight of the IT Systems, Compliance, Quality Improvement and Human Resources functions of the Agency. She provides strategic input to program development and the overall operation of the organization. She monitors all Quality Improvement functions agency-wide including performance outcomes related to efficiency, effectiveness, access, business function, and satisfaction. Ms. Barraud holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Stony Brook University and is a member of the Long Island Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management. She began her career with Options as a Recruiter in 2003 and rejoined as a member of the Options management team in 2011 with eight years of prior related work experience. She serves as the agency’s Health and Safety and HIPAA Security and Privacy Officer.
