Andrea has oversight responsibilities of Options’ compliance program to ensure the organization has effective policies and procedures to detect and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse throughout the organization. She also has oversight of internal quality reviews, the investigative process, and data management. Andrea has over twenty years of not-for-profit experience working with vulnerable adults and over ten years of experience working in quality improvement. Andrea received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Rehabilitative Services from East Stroudsburg University and a Master of Science in Education from Long Island University.
