Judy Lynn Simoncic, Esq. has been a member of Options’ Board since 2011. She is a partner at Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP. She focuses her practice on land use & zoning, environmental, municipal, and real estate matters. Ms. Simoncic also represents clients in litigations involving Article 78 proceedings and District Court proceedings relating to real estate and zoning matters. A 25+ year industry veteran, she has an impeccable reputation in representing Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), national franchises, Fortune 500 companies and real estate developers in the development of residential, commercial and industrial properties. Ms. Simoncic’s extensive experience in land use & zoning matters has positively impacted numerous pivotal projects across Long Island. Ms. Simoncic is a founding member of FDT’s Women’s Initiative and serves on the firm’s executive leadership team. Ms. Simoncic is admitted in New York and New Jersey. Ms. Simoncic is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, Long Island Real Estate Group, HIA-LI and International Council of Shopping Centers. She is a member of the board of directors of Vision Long Island and an associate board member of the Association for a Better Long Island. Ms. Simoncic earned her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and B.S. from Ithaca College.
